KBMax Announces Partnership with Cadac Group to Help Manufacturers Visually Sell Complex Products

KBMax today announced it has entered into a strategic partnership with solution provider Cadac Group, headquartered in the Netherlands, to deliver enterprise CPQ solutions for the manufacturing and modular construction industry. Together they will empower customers to quickly and easily embed a visual product configurator into their eCommerce experience. KBMax’s tool helps manufacturers of complex B2B products simplify their sales processes with 2D and 3D visual product configurators, which can be created and updated without the need for developer involvement. They also connect the shop floor by automatically generating CAD drawings, cut sheets and BOMs based on the configuration.

KBMax and Cadac Group’s Joint Customers
The partnership has already resulted in two new joint customers, Goudsmit Magnetics and Jan Snel BV. Both manufacturing and construction companies wanted to empower their customers and sales reps to visualize their products and configure them based on their requirements. They can now price and quote in real-time, instead of waiting multiple weeks to receive an estimate from a sales rep. In the back-end, their complex product rules are automatically updated and maintained using KBMax’s rules engine, Snap, so once the product is configured, accurate engineering drawings are generated to start the manufacturing process.
