CPQ Customer Success Manager

The position

You will telecommute with periodic travel to customer sites in the US and Europe. We will consider exceptional applicants located anywhere in the US. Salary and benefits will be competitive based on experience level with potential for equity in the company based on performance.

Your vibrant personality will help you give exciting demos of KBMax functionality via webinar and in-person meetings. Your adept people skills will allow you listen to specific customer needs and articulate how we can help. Your technical expertise will provide support to sales during onsite meetings and proposal process.


  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Program manage account escalations


  • 3+ years of relevant enterprise software experience, preferably in ERP, CPQ, or CRM
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
