What is CPQ Process?

The CPQ process comprises three stages:

  1. Configure – The user chooses which products or services a customer will buy
  2. Price – The CPQ software calculates how much the user should charge the customer for those products or services
  3. Quote – The CPQ software automatically generates a PDF quote for the user to send to a customer.
