A couple weeks ago, a few members of our team attended the Salesforce World Tour at the Excel London. It was one of the largest World Tours we’ve been to with more than 10,000 attendees.  For us, this perfectly illustrates the importance of Salesforce, their products and the entire ecosystem– which we’re proud to be a part of.

Our main highlight from the event was the keynote from Simon Mulcahy, Salesforce’s Global CMO. Similar to the main message from previous World Tours, he stressed that customer expectations are on the rise, forcing companies to put new technologies to work – not just to build innovative products and services, but to rebuild their businesses around the customer. This is still a struggle for many though. It’s estimated that 59% of companies still have not developed Fourth Industrial Revolution capabilities. It can, therefore, be a huge competitive advantage to digitally transform now.

We were also excited to host an event after the event with our partner, 4C, a Salesforce Platinum Consulting Partner. It was a great way to meet more of our partners, customers and prospects. Thanks to everyone who came out to make it a successful and perfect end to the day.

What’s up next for our team? We’ll be attending the Salesforce World Tour Paris on June 6th so let us know if you’ll be there too! Then we’re hosting a manufacturing basecamp with the Salesforce CPQ team in Coventry on June 19th.
